REFORMER
CORE. Reformer classes will take clients through the classical Reformer sequencing. This class will move at a pace comfortable for beginners, but challenging enough for more experienced clients. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, and is highly recommended as your first Reformer class.
SCUPLT + BARRE
CORE. Sculpt + Barre is our signature class. We provide a modern take on classical Pilates in this 50 minute class. You’ll get a full body workout on and off the reformer, working with hand weights, bands, and other props. Suitable for all fitness levels.
REBOUNDER
CORE. Rebounder classes a 55 minute fusion mat class designed to make you sweat. Drawing into your Core and utilizing bands, barre & light weights. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
