CORE. Reformer is our signature class. We provide a modern take on classical Pilates in this 50 minute class while keeping true to what Joesph Pilates created. You’ll get a full body workout on the reformer teaching you how to use your Powerhouse. Suitable for all fitness levels.
CORE. Pilates Sculpt
A 55 minute fusion mat class designed to make you sweat. Drawing into your Core and utilizing bands, barre, light weights & more. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
CORE. Chair
A 50 minute class utilizing the Pilates Chair. The Chair is another Apparatus designed to work like the Reformer. A class designed to challenge you and bring your heart rate up - helping to build long, lean muscles.
CORE. Rebound
A rebounding sculpt class that is integrated and designed with Pilates in mind using our Jumpsport trampolines. A high intensity cardio sculpt class with upbeat music flowing and raising your heart rate working those muscles from the inside out. You WILL NOT Rebound the entire class. We start this class on the Rebounder and then utilize the Rebounder for our Sculpt series. The many health benefits of using the rebounder include draining the lymphatic system, building your stamina and elevating your mood. We incorporate barre fusion, using bands, balls and light weights. Learn to use your CORE as we flow from flexion and extension working the whole body.
CORE. Barre Sculpt
This 55 minute class is designed for a cardio intense Barre session. You will spend time utilizing the Barre and time utilizing weights, balls, and bands for a full body workout.
CORE. Kettles + Sculpt
This class brings cardio and strength training together! Get ready for a non-stop, maximum fat burning routine to sculpt every muscle in your body. The workout is designed to increase strength and accelerate cardio using the power of kettlebell momentum, making the body work harder to maintain balance throughout the entire workout. Get ready to fire up your CORE!
Private Sessions
Private sessions are a 50 minute 1 on 1 session to help you dive into the work while being mindful of your bodies personal needs. We will jump around on different equipment to help ensure you get the maximum results and are being pushed to engage your entire body.
Semi-Private Sessions
Workout with a friend or someone else special. This 50 minute session is designed for you and someone else. This session is tailored to your needs and desires of what you are wanting in your session. Be pushed and challenged working out with a buddy.
Private Party
Book a party. Girls night out, bridal party, or birthday party. This two hour class is designed for 1 hour of workout and one hour to sit and hang. Light drinks and light appetizers provided.
