A 50 minute class designed to move on and off the chair challenging your balance , elevating your heart rate and strengthening your body. This class incorporates the chair apparatus, bands, weights and barre.
Rebounding Sculpt
This 50 minute class is designed to get your blood moving. Using the jump sport rebounder, light weights, bands, barre and your own body. This class will engage you and encourage you to keep pushing through. Enjoy the flow of using your whole body while working from your core.
